Payment Methods

With 7 days or more in advance, we charge a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay. The balance of the stay will be charged on the day of check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Considering the start of the package or daily rate, the amount paid will be refunded as follows:

If cancelled up to 30 days before the check-in date, the full advance payment will be refunded;

cancellation up to 7 days before the check-in date, 50% deduction from the total reservation amount;

after this previous period, withdrawal without cancellation or failure to appear on the check-in date will be considered a no-show with retention of 100% of the amount paid;

Refund Policy

The refund request must be made by the reservation holder, providing the following documents: ID, CPF and bank details;

The flat has a period of seven working days, once it receives the customer's data, to make the refund;

The refund will be made by bank deposit into the current account of the reservation holder;

If payment was made by credit card, administrative fees will be deducted.

Minors Policy

By determination of Federal Law No. 8,069, of July 13, 1990, we do not allow accommodation of minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age, unless accompanied by their parents or guardian. If the minor is accompanied only by his/her guardian, it will be necessary to present, at the time of check-in, a document authorizing the minor's accommodation, written and signed by the parents, with notarized signatures. Regardless of any other provision, all minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age must present at the time of check-in a document with photo proving their identity and filiation, even if accompanied by their parents.
